Dilled Cucumber Salad with Yogurt

2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1 T finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon sugar
Dash of Tabasco pepper sauce
1 T finely chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
Lettuce leaves, washed and crisped
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

Toss cucumbers with salt and place in colander for 1 hour.  Rinse well and drain.  Combine yogurt, onion, sugar, Tabasco and dill in small bowl.  Pat cucumbers dry with paper towels and toss with dressing.  Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges.

2 big tomatoes
4" cucumber
2 tablespoon onion diced
1/4 cup diced cheese
splash of olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
